This small-scale digitally printed repeat pattern is made up of cute crowned lions in white, cyan and magenta alternating with a golden motif on a dark blue base. In the Little Land of Rhyme there was a House That Jack Built with brightly coloured flowered fields to explore and friendly farmyard animals to play with. Along the lane lived Mary Mary Quite Contrary whose garden was filled with silver bells and bright cockelshells. Past the hedgerows Mother Goose would waddle in all her finery to see The Lion and the Unicorn prancing through the streets scattered with flowers. The Little Land of Rhyme is a playful collection of 16 original Liberty designs for Childrenswear inspired by much loved children’s nursery rhymes. A super fine, tightly woven plain weave cotton with no stretch and a matt, semi-translucent finish.
