Alpaca Blend Check Coating - Sherbet

// A deadstock wool/alpaca blend brushed coating in a sherbet coloured check. This luxurious heavyweight fabric has a brushed finish on the face, and a flat reverse. Woven in a plain weave, yarn-dyed check made up of alternating, equally sized warp and weft stripes in purple, green, soft pink, magenta and blue. A lofty midweight fabric with a warm, woolly hand feel, no stretch, a matt, opaque finish. This fabric has a noticeable pile so care needs to be taken when placing pattern pieces that the nap is all facing the same way. This cosy fabric is perfect for a snuggly oversized woven jumper or a statement winter coat like the Poppy.
