This Japanese-made fabric has been created with a silk warp and a cotton weft, then woven in a weave that gives the face of the fabric a lustre whilst the reverse is matt. The silk/cotton blend and clever structure gives this sateen fabric a sandwashed style finish. A super-soft fabric with a light airy feel and good drape. This semi-transparent fabric has no stretch making an ideal choice for linings, shirts like the Bloom and loose-fitting summer styles.
