It features a casual straight fit through the body and slim sleeves, with two neckline views. View A features a high-cut boat neck and View B features a classic round crew neck. We also have a FREE turtleneck pattern piece extension available here. The Fog Tee pattern offers full, three-quarter and short sleeve length indications, if you wish to customise for each season! #TFSFogTee

This downloadable PDF pattern is supplied as an A4/US letter print-at-home version and an A0 copyshop version with an instruction booklet included.

PDF pattern only, exclusive to the Online Store. This pattern is not available in hard-copy paper format at this stage.

Sizing: NZ 4 - 32 size range. Unfortunately, we are unable to grade size extensions to our patterns at the moment, due to resource restrictions in our HQ team. If you have any questions relating to sizing or size extensions, please get in touch. We recommend referring to both the garment measurements and the body measurements when selecting a size, regardless of what size you wear in ready-to-wear clothing. The Fog Tee is a relaxed, casual fit with long sleeves. Patterns are drafted for an approx. height of 5'7" / 172cm. You may also wish to lengthen or shorten the body and sleeve hem depending on your height and personal preference.
Sewing level: Advanced Beginner sewist, with just a little sewing experience and sewing machine knowledge required!

Recommended Fabric + Supplies

Fabric
The Fog Tee is designed for light to medium weight knit fabrics. We recommend merino jersey, cotton knits, rib knits, bamboo knits or stretch mesh fabrics. Take care to ensure your fabric is not too thick, particularly if sewing View A, as the seams around the shoulder and neckline can become too thick.

Interfacing
If you are sewing View A, adding a small piece of lightweight knit interfacing (fusing) at the shoulder seam is optional, and can help to provide stability for light weight knits.

Thread
You will need at least one spool of thread if using a regular domestic sewing machine, and 4 additional threads if overlocking or serging. Note that if finishing with a coverseam or the twin needle setting on your sewing machine, you may need additional threads.

Tools
The Fog Tee can be completed with a regular domestic sewing machine with zig zag stitch capability. If desired, you can finish/neaten with an overlocker/serger, and twin needle domestic machine setting.
